Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and VickyAI Limited. By creating an account or using SosoAPI in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including individuals accessing SosoAPI during any free or preview period. Using the service on behalf of a business means you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, tell us immediately at the address in the Contact section below — we will help you recover access and limit any damage. All activity that happens under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. SosoAPI currently supports sign-in via Google; you are also bound by Google's terms of service for that authentication method. We may add or change authentication options in the future.
Acceptable use
You agree to use SosoAPI only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. Specifically, you must not:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) through any connected social account or use SosoAPI to prepare or publish spam.
- Impersonate any person, brand, or organisation, or create content designed to deceive others about its origin.
- Violate Meta's, Instagram's, or Threads' platform policies — including their content standards, advertising policies, and community guidelines — when using SosoAPI to publish or manage content on those platforms.
- Post harassing, abusive, defamatory, or threatening content, or content that promotes discrimination or hate.
- Upload, generate, or publish illegal content of any kind.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from SosoAPI beyond what is explicitly supported by the product.
We may suspend or permanently terminate any account that we reasonably believe is in violation of these rules, without prior notice if the violation is serious or ongoing.
Content ownership and license
You own the content you submit, create, or manage through SosoAPI, including post content, uploaded media, Project data, and brand materials. VickyAI Limited does not claim ownership of your content.
VickyAI Limited owns everything that makes the product work: the software, user interface, visual design, brand identity, and underlying systems. Nothing in these terms gives you a license to copy or redistribute VickyAI Limited's product outside the normal scope of using it.
Content created with AI tools outside SosoAPI can contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it through SosoAPI. Publishing AI-generated content is done at your discretion and carries the same responsibilities as publishing other content.
To provide the service, you grant VickyAI Limited a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display the content you upload or create inside the app — but only to the extent required to operate and improve the service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not share your content with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.
Paid subscriptions
Each Organization has its own plan. The first 3 connected social accounts are free. Additional account capacity costs USD 3 per account per month, capped at USD 19 per month for up to 20 accounts. Team members are unlimited, with no monthly publishing quantity cap for Instagram, Facebook, Threads and YouTube. Provider rate limits, pending schedule capacity and permissions still apply. The selected capacity and monthly total are shown before payment. There is no annual commitment, usage overage, or per-workspace charge. Stripe processes payment through its hosted Checkout and billing portal; VickyAI Limited does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can schedule cancellation at the end of the current paid period from the Organization's Billing page. Legacy personal subscriptions remain manageable from Account → Billing when shown in the app. Your Founding Pro access continues through that paid period. Your default Organization can return to Free; an additional Organization returns to setup-only access. The cancellation preview explains which excess Channels will be suspended; team members remain included. This does not delete data or disconnect credentials. Closing your SosoAPI account does not erase payment or cancellation obligations that arose before closure.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where VickyAI Limited expressly approves a refund. You may request a full refund of your first successful paid purchase by emailing us within 7 days of that payment timestamp, measured in UTC. A renewal or repurchase does not restart this first-purchase window. Billing errors, duplicate charges, and rights required by applicable law remain separate support matters.
Refund requests are reviewed manually at [email protected]. If we approve a full first-purchase refund, your subscription ends immediately. A pending refund means the payment provider is still processing it, and your bank may not have returned the funds. Ordinary cancellation prevents renewal and keeps access until your current paid period ends; it does not itself refund a payment. Partial refunds and refund-only requests do not automatically cancel a subscription.
No warranty
SosoAPI is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Content generated with AI tools you use may contain errors, hallucinations, outdated information, or inaccurate claims — review it before relying on or publishing it through SosoAPI. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VickyAI Limited's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the total fees you paid to VickyAI Limited in the twelve months immediately before the claim arose.
In no event will VickyAI Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, even if VickyAI Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages — in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
You can request account deletion through the data deletion process. New self-service requests pause account access immediately. You may restore the account for 7 days or confirm permanent removal now; if you do not restore it, automatic removal begins after 7 days and service and storage cleanup may take longer to finish. Older requests may follow the previous manual-review process.
We may suspend or terminate your access to SosoAPI if you violate these Terms of Service, violate Meta's or other platform partners' rules in ways that put SosoAPI's API access at risk, or fail to pay fees for a paid subscription. We will give you reasonable notice before termination where practicable, except where the violation requires immediate action.
When your account is terminated for any reason, your access to the service ends immediately. You can restore a pending request through the app; signing in does not restore it. Contact support if the self-service controls are unavailable or if you need help with an older request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. By using SosoAPI, you consent to personal jurisdiction in Hong Kong for such disputes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as SosoAPI grows or as laws change. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. For material changes — ones that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations — we will also email all active users at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use SosoAPI after that date means you accept the updated terms. We also encourage you to review our Privacy Policy, which may be updated on a similar schedule.
